Treatment requests

Please be sure to send us your treatment request using our contact form, by e-mail or by post.

Important:

To prepare treatment recommendations or a cost estimate, we require copies of the following medical findings and a self-written medical history in German, English or Russian.

Medical findings:

• The last doctor's letter is essential (please no longer than 3 months)
• Imaging diagnostics (MRI/CT/PET ect.) by post.
• Current laboratory results
• Surgery reports, if performed
• For tumor diseases: Histology reports, all previous therapies and protocols.

Self-written medical history:

• What brings you to us
• Current complaints
• Current medication and dosages
• Course and history of the current illness
• Pre-existing conditions in the family

Appointments:

Please indicate your preferred dates. We will try to make these possible. As soon as the amount shown on the cost estimate has been received, we can confirm your appointment.
