Interpreting:

Clear and smooth communication between patients and medical staff is of great importance for successful treatment.

If you are not fluent in German or English, we need to be informed accordingly. This is very important. Because if you understand each other well, you can be helped much better. In good time before the start of treatment and before a consultation via video, we will take care of an appropriate translation if this is necessary.

Consultations via video:

We also offer consultations via video with our homeopathic doctors. Whether you would like an online consultation or a complete anamnesis with case analysis, please contact us at international-office@hahnemann-association.com.

The costs depend on the effort involved. This is made up of organization, medical-scientific processing and any necessary interpreting service.

We will prepare a suitable offer for you and try to take your wishes into account.

Medical second opinion:

You already have a treatment plan/therapy plan or a cost estimate, but are not sure or have a bad feeling about it. Especially in the case of serious, rare or chronic illnesses, a medical decision can have long-term consequences.

Accommodation | transfer | personal assistance:

We will be happy to organize your transfer and accommodation according to your wishes. Should you wish to make use of other non-medical services outside the scope of your treatment, we will be happy to arrange personal assistance for you. This service is subject to a charge.

Patients - Agencies:

The International Office of Hahnemann Association does not pay any remuneration for referrals and care provided by third parties (referral commissions). Advertising with the fact that patients are referred to the International Office of Hahnemann Association is generally permitted. Content on the range of services and information from the website of Hahnemann Association / International Office HA may be used for advertising purposes. Other forms of advertising with reference to the International Office HA require the express written approval of Hahnemann Association.

Donations / Donation account:

When collecting donations and appealing for donations, especially for aid organizations to cover the costs of treating foreign patients, you need an external donation account. We will be happy to help you with this. For donations that are paid directly into a bank account of Hahnemann Association, it is essential that you contact the International Office HA in advance for verification and approval. Please understand that the International Office HA will only communicate directly with the aid organization.
