International Office
Costs
All administrative and financial matters are handled by the International Office of Hahnemann Association at international-office@hahnemann-association.com.
Self-paying private patients
All medical documents and reports will be reviewed by us first.
You will then receive a preliminary calculation (cost estimate). The actual costs may vary, as only an estimate of the therapy can be given on the basis of the findings and cannot be predicted exactly.
Approximately six to eight weeks after completion of the therapy/treatment, we will determine the costs of the services actually provided.
If these are lower than the advance payment, the overpaid amount will be refunded. In some cases, especially if unforeseeable complications arise during the course of treatment, the final invoice may require an additional payment.
Patients from EU countries (statutory health insurance)
If you are coming to us specifically for medical treatment, you must obtain authorization from your health insurance company before entering the country.
You will then receive form S2 (formerly form E112) from your health insurance company. You can use the S2 form to prove your entitlement to planned medical treatment.
You should then use this S2 form to register with one of the approximately 150 German statutory health insurance companies. Your treatment will then be subject to the same care and payment conditions as for nationals of the country in question.

Embassy patients:
Patients whose embassy covers the costs of treatments/therapies do not have to make any advance payments. However, it is a prerequisite that the International Office HA receives a written guarantee of cost coverage before the start of treatment.
Aid organizations:
The International Office HA provides many specialized services that are not offered in other countries. Our aim is to offer patients from all over the world the best possible therapies.
We support international aid organizations and donation facilities to the best of our ability in order to enable cost-effective therapy; we do not offer free therapy options.
Please contact the International Office HA to find a solution for your request.
